May we, today, meet the challenges of living harmoniously with Nature.  We recognize our stewardship of the environment, but the struggle does not end there.  The choices we make each day have far-reaching consequences.  And, at times, it seems the forces of Nature are pitted against us: destructive storms, raging wildfires, earthquakes – it sometimes feels as if we are on the defensive.  May we seek a more balanced existence, accepting the unpredictability of the world around us, while searching for practices that show the same love and compassion to the living Earth that we would seek to share with each other.  For a life lived naturally, we give thanks.  Blessed Be, and Amen.
